About This Game
Minecraft Dungeons is an action-adventure dungeon crawler set in the Minecraft world, released on May 26, 2020. A villager named Archie finds a powerful artifact called the Orb of Dominance and becomes the Arch-Illager, leading an army that raids villages across the land, and a small team of heroes sets out across the regions to stop him.
Gameplay is built around exploring levels such as Creeper Woods, the Redstone Mines and the Fiery Forge while fighting Minecraft enemies in solo play or in co-op for up to four players. There are no character classes, so a build comes entirely from collected gear: melee weapons, bows and armor can each carry enchantments, and artifacts grant extra abilities with cooldowns. Finished levels can be replayed at higher difficulty settings in search of stronger loot.
